Quotations and orders
A website enquiry does not create a binding order. Pricing, minimum quantities, sampling, production timing, shipping and payment terms are confirmed separately in a written quotation, pro forma invoice or supply agreement.
Samples and custom production
Custom colours, branding, dimensions and materials require written approval before bulk production. Practical differences may occur between digital previews, samples and production materials.
Intellectual property
AceDream branding and original website content may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Customers are responsible for having the right to use logos, artwork and other materials supplied for customisation.
External services
The website may use third-party infrastructure or measurement services. Their availability and processing are subject to their own terms and policies.
